英文摘要：
After systematically reviewing the evolution paths and the relationship between core competency and competitive advan- tage, we find that both have continuous logical relevance and take dynamic team learning capability as their key point. This paper con- structs a value chain decomposition model of international vertical division based on the dynamic team learning capability with the deep thinking that the competitive advantage of enterprises is mainly reflected in their core competitiveness. Based on the analytical frame- work, the paper argues that strategies of initiative enrolling into international strategic outsourcing vertical division system of global value chain and paying much attention to the independent technological innovation are strategy selections for enterprises to reconstruct their competitive advantage.
