本文在阐述延边地区的特色与优势的基础上,分析了延边国家农业科技园规划中存在的一些问题,并提出相应的对策和建议。原总体规划中存在缺乏品牌意识和区域特色、中心区和核心区空间布局不合理、周边辐射作用不明显、缺乏景观生态规划与设计理念等问题。延边国家农业科技园的发展应突出地区特色,以生态和民俗为主线,打造＂延边品牌＂;突出区位优势,以＂先导区＂和＂一带一路＂为依托,辐射东北亚;以生态型产业为龙头,建设综合性＂高效农业产业园＂;加强与朝鲜的沟通合作,促进该地区的生态安全和政治安全。

英文摘要：

Based on the elaboration of features and superiorities in Yanbian Area,this paper made analysis on the problems revealed in the original National Agricultural Science and Technology Park Planning of Yanbian Area,in the meantime,the authors proposed potential suggestions and counter plans for those issues.Yanbian Area,where located in the intersection of economy,population,and geography of Northeast Asian,possessed three main features of ecology,resources,and folkway,as well as special status in the relationship of China and North Korea,and geographical advantages of boundaries of three countries,which are China,Russia,and North Korea.However,the original planning exposed lots of problems,such as lackness of brand notion or regional features,irrational spatial arrangement on the location of central zone and core zone,unconspicuous promotion of surrounding areas＇ development,and missing landscape planning and design methods,etc.Based upon a detailed analysis on those issues,the author found that the appropriate development modes to establish Yanbian National Agricultural Science and Technology Park are building ＂ Yanbian Brand＂ to highlight regional features,taking advantages of geographical superiorities and policies of ＂ Forerunner Zone＂ and ＂ One Belt and One Road＂ to promote the development of Northeast Asia,constructing comprehensive ＂ High-efficiency Agricultural Industry Park＂ to strengthen the communication and cooperation between China and North Korea,as well as to facilitate regional eco-logical and political safety.
