According to the new concept of comprehensive tourism,and based on the current status of tourism development in Yongding County of Fujian Province,the necessity and practical conditions are analyzed and a new connotation of comprehensive tourism development in Yongding County is derived,meanwhile the management system,products system,marketing and service are proposed to offer the references for the county tourism innovation and development.
