以醇胺基硅油(PAPS)和顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)为原料,对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)为催化剂,通过开环聚合反应合成了有机硅琥珀酸酯(PMPS)。利用FTIR对原料和PMPS的分子结构进行了表征;用X射线衍射(XRD)测定了PMPS的结晶性;用热重分析仪(TGA)测试了PMPS的热性能;用电导率法和表面张力法测定了PMPS溶液的临界胶束浓度(CMC)。研究表明:制备的PMPS为非晶物质,具有较好的热稳定性和表面活性,其分解温度达192.8℃,临界胶束浓度CMC为0.12g/L。
The silicone succinate surfactant (PMPS) was synthesized by ring-opening reaction. The polyether and alcohol amine modified polysilosane (PAPS) and maleic anhydride (MA) were used as the raw materials, and p-toluenesulfonic acid was used as the catalyst. The molecular structures of the raw materials and PMPS were characterized and analyzed by FTIR; the crystallinity of PMPS was characterized by XRD; the thermal properties of PMPS was investigated by TGA; the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of PMPS solution was determined by conductivity and surface tension method. The results showed that PMPS was a amorphous polymer; the thermal decomposition temperature of it was 192.8 ℃ ; and the critical micelle concentration of PMPS solution was 0.12 g/L.
