分别对三种阴离子皮革加脂剂(有机硅琥珀酸酯(PMPS)、硫酸化牛蹄油和亚硫酸化鱼油)及其与阳离子聚合物DIF-718的复配物的表面活性(最低表面张力(γCMC)和临界胶束浓度(CMC))和乳液粒径进行了测定。结果表明:在上述三种阴离子加脂剂中,加入适量阳离子聚合物DIF-718,会使加脂剂的表面活性提高,乳液粒径变小。最佳复配质量比分别为:DIF-718/PMPS为1/100;DIF-718/硫酸化牛蹄油为5/100;DIF-718/亚硫酸化鱼油为6/100。
The surface activity(minimum surface tension(γCMC)and critical micelle concentration(CMC))and the emulsion particle size of three kinds of anionic leather fatliquors(silicone succinate(PMPS),sulfated neatsfoot oil,oxidized-sulfited fish oil)as well as the mixtures of these anionic fatliquor and cationic polymer DIF-718 were studied and characterized respectively.It shows the surface activity of systems is improved and the emulsion particle sizes are decreased after adding into DIF-718.The optimal mass ratios are obtained respectively,i.e.the ratio of DIF-718/ PMPS is 1/100,DIF-718/sulfated neatsfoot oil is 5/100,and the ratio of DIF-718/oxidized-sulfited fish oil is 6/100.
