海洋产业结构是影响海洋经济增长的重要因素。运用计量面板模型检验海洋产业结构变动对经济增长的影响,分阶段和分区域分析海洋产业结构变动对于经济增长影响的时间演变差异和空间聚类差异。结果表明,1997—2005年海洋产业结构变动对于海洋经济增长的贡献呈现波动增长趋势,2006—2014年这一贡献程度呈现普遍持续下降状态,海洋产业结构变动已经不能充分解释经济增长。通过偏离—份额的办法结合聚类分析将沿海地区划分为四个类别,对区域个体海洋产业结构的优劣和竞争力强弱进行比较,结合时空差异提出沿海地区构建现代海洋产业体系的相关建议。

英文摘要：

Marine industrial structure is an important factor that affects the growth of marine economy. By usingeconometric panel model, this paper examines the effect of marine industrial structure change to economic growth,then divide the effect into two phases and three different regions to analyze differences in time evolution and spatialcluster. It analyses dynamic marine industrial structure change to marine economic growth, and the results show thatthe trend of contribution is increasing from 1997 to 2005, and decreasing from 2006 to 2014. The changes of marineindustrial structure are not able to completely explain the economic growth. By using SSA and cluster analysis, thispaper classify coastal regions into four categories and compare their advantages of marine industrial structure andcompetitive strength. Finally, putting forward the suggestions to build modern marine industry system in coastal areas.
