In the global flow of resource elements, the organizational control of the world city is more prominent. With the outbreak of the global financial crisis, the theory and development of world cities have entered a new stage. The world city development concept, development mode, development power has changed deeply. The architecture of the world city is evolving towards a fiat bell shaped structure. The characteristics of the world city network is more prominent. Under the guidance of omni-directional opening strategy, some big cities in China have put forward the goal of building a world city with international influence. Based on the above background analysis, possible world cities around China and its network structure, by constructing the evaluation index system of China （mainland）, predicted the future of the world city in China, and analyzed the China （mainland） the world city network structure characteristics.
