基于珠三角城市一区域土地利用结构、投入强度和产出效用时间序列的指标,构建土地集约利用评价体系。采用均方差决策法确定权重,进而分析区域和城市尺度土地集约利用的时、空间特征,利用主成分回归分析土地集约利用的影响因素。研究发现:①珠三角城市区域土地集约利用随时间变异的程度较小,大体呈现“U”型变化特征;②土地集约利用水平由“广州-深圳”等核心城市向“肇庆-惠州-中山”等外围城市不断降低,存在空间圈层结构;③土地利用结构、投入强度是影响土地集约利用程度的重要因素,城市空间规模和人口规模的分散化发展降低土地利用集约水平,而经济增长、环境绩效和科技投入有利于提升土地集约利用水平。
Based on the indexes of the Pearl River Delta urban-region land use structure,investment intensity and output's effective time serial, an evaluation system of land use intensity was constructed. By the mean square deviation method to determine the weight values of the above indexes, this empirical study further analyzed the time and spatial characteristics of the land use intensity on both regional and city scale, and the affecting factors of intensive land-use by the principal component regression analysis. It has been found that the level of intensive land use differs little with time both on the city and regional scale in the Pearl River Delta,illustrating the change tendency of U shape;the degree of intensive land use of core area in Guangzhou- Shenzhen is higher than that of the peripheral area of Zhaoqing-Huizhou-Zhongshan, forming different layer structures;land use structure and investment intensity are becoming basic factors of intensive land use lurban expansion and population density increase lead to a lower urban land use intensity, while economic growth, environmental performance and technological input result in higher level of intensive land use.
