基于2009-2012年中国30个省份的年度数据,采用空间计量经济学的方法对我国FDI与二氧化碳排放之间的关系进行了研究.实证结果表明,我国各省份的二氧化碳排放在空间分布上呈现出一定的空间正自相关性和空间集群效应,外商直接投资与我国的二氧化碳排放总量存在负效应,有利于改善我国的大气环境质量.我国可采用跨区域合作的形式治理大气污染,国内投资部分更应该注意采取措施环保措施.

英文摘要：

Based on the data of foreign direct investment （FDI） and CO2 emission of 30 provinces in China （2009 to 2012）, this paper adopts the method of spatial econometrics to analysis the relationship between FDI and CO2 emission. The empirical results show that the spatial distribution of CO2 emission in China presented spatial autocorrelation and a high spatial clusters. The total CO2 emission of China and FDI presents negative effects. FDI helps to improve our quality of atmospheric environment. Inter-regional cooperation can be adopted to control air pollution and the domestic investment should pay more attention to take measures to environmental protection.
