为了减少汽车油耗和提高汽车的动力性,根据现有汽车空调制冷系统、采暖系统及汽车发动机冷却水系统的特点,结合单效溴化锂吸收式冷热水机组的性能,提出一种新的溴化锂吸收式制冷系统,主要包括发生器、冷凝器、蒸发器、水箱、吸收器等部件。与一般的制冷系统不同,该系统采用双层平行流换热器,并利用汽车余热进行驱动,既符合环保这一主题,又提高了汽车的性能。对换热器空气侧流场进行分析,得出较优换热器性能的结构参数组合。并通过实验,论证了此方案的可行性。
In order to reduce the oil consumption and improve the motivity of automobile,according to the characteristics of existing air conditioning refrigeration system,heating system and cooling water system of automobile engine and the performance with single effect Li Br absorption chiller,a kind of new lithium bromide absorption refrigeration system was put forward,mainly including generator,a condenser,an evaporator,a water tank,absorber and other components. Different from general refrigeration system,in this system,parallel flow heat exchanger was used to take advantage of the waste heat of the automobile to drive the air cooling system so that it not only met the theme of environmental protection,but also improved the performance of the car. Flow field analysis aiming at the heat exchanger air side was done,the optimal structure parameter combination was gotten. Then through related experiment,the feasibility of this project was demonstrated.
