Hydroxyapatite（HA） particles modified with random copolymer P（MMA-co-MPS） were mixed with Poly（methylmethacrylate）（PMMA） to form the composite bone cement.The effects of HA particles content and the degree of HA modification on compressive strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of bone cement were studied.The MTT assay showed that the HA/PMMA composite bone cements were non-toxic to cells.
