运用洛伦兹曲线、基尼系数、聚类分析和相关分析等方法,以独立设计机构职务专利授权数为产出指标,首次描绘出25年来国内设计产业的集聚趋势,初步验证了设计产业集聚理论。研究结果显示：国内广义设计和工业设计产业存在霍金斯二阶集聚效应并随时间增强,独立设计机构工业设计集聚度高于广义设计;并提出了相应政策建议。

英文摘要：

This paper deals with cluster trends of China’s design industry in the past 25 years,and tests the theory of design cluster preliminary by means of Chinese patent data retrieval Lorenz curve,Gini coefficient,cluster analysis and correlation analysis.Research reveals that Chinese generalized design as well as industrial design has increased John Hawkins cluster effect which is stronger in industrial design.At last this paper discusses policy advice.
