采用抑菌圈法和平板菌落计数法, 分别测定了农药石硫合剂对核桃黑斑病伴生病原菌成团泛菌在不同时间和剂量下的抑菌活性. 结果表明,石硫合剂对该病原菌具有较好的抑菌作用,且表现出较强的时间与剂量效应.
The antibacterial activity of lime sulphur against Pantoea agglomerans under different time and dose was measuredby using the methods of bacteriostatic circle and flat colony counting. It was shown that the growth of Pantoea agglomerans was inhibitedby lime sulphur obviously, which showed a strong time and dose dependent effect. Therefore, lime sulphur could be candidatesfor the prevention and treatment of the associated pathogens causing blight on walnut.
