以铝粉、A1Cl3·6H2O和水为原料,通过调整原料配比、水热反应和陈化的温度和时间。经蒸发、结晶、晶化,制成一种组成为AICl3·4Al(OH)3·7.5H2O的七点五水合氯化五聚铝(A15·7.5HzO),采用XRD和化学分析对其进行了表征,纯度速97.52%。
A novel pentanuclear polyaluninum chloride, AICI3-A1(OH)3·7.5H20, was prepared in a hydro-thermal condition of 128℃ by using aluminum powder, AICI3·6H20 and water as reactants, adjusting the recipe, reacting and aging temperature and time, and evaporating, crystallizing and crystallization. The result product was characterized by XRD and chemical analysis. The purity achieves 97.52%. Its crystallinity and purity are obviously higher than reported before of our group.
