通过研究电解法制备的聚舍氯化铝溶液等温蒸发结晶过程中pH值、碱化度扣铝盐水解形态分布随时阃的变化,探讨了铝盐水解聚合形态与各种溶液因素的关系。结果表明:母液pH值和碱化度随蒸发时间的整体变化趋势相一致,共同影响着铝盐水解形态分布,母液中铝盐水解形态分布的变化也会导致体系pH值扣碱化度的改变,铝盐水解聚合形态的转化是各种因素综合作用的结果。
Through the study of the variation of pH value, basicity, hydrolysis species distribution of aluminum salt solutions during the process of evaporation and crystallization of the polyaluminium chloride solutions prepared by electrolysis, the relationship between polymerization species of aluminum salt hydrolysis and solution factors were discussed. The results showed that: during the process of evaporation, the changing trend of the mother solution pH value was in accordance with that of the basicity, and they jointly influenced the aluminum salt hydrolysis species distribution. The change of the said distribution of the mother solution would lead to the pH and basicity change in the system, the conversion of the hydrolysis-polymerization species is the result of synthesis effect by various factors.
