目的:研究KSP1基因在酵母复制寿命和衰老中的作用。方法利用基因重组原理,构建KSP1基因缺失酵母菌株,检测其复制寿命和增殖速度。结果相对于野生酵母菌株,KSP1基因缺失酵母菌株的复制寿命缩短,增殖速度减慢。结论KSP 1基因很可能参与了酵母复制寿命和衰老的调控。
Objective To assess the role of KSP1 in replicative lifespan regulation and aging of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.Meth-ods KSP1 deletion strain was constructed by homologous recombination,then the replicative lifespan and cell proliferation ability of KSP1 deletion strain were analyzed.Results Lifespan was decreased and growth rate was lower inKSP1 deletion strain,com-pared with wild type strain.Conclusion KSP1 could be involved in replicative lifespan regulation of yeast.
