目的:初步研究Rli1基因缺失酵母菌株对氟康唑耐药的机制。方法利用基因重组原理,构建Rli1基因杂合缺失酵母菌株,检测其对抗真菌药物氟康唑的耐药性,以及其复制寿命。结果相对于野生酵母菌株, Rli1基因杂合缺失酵母菌株对氟康唑具有明显的耐药性,但是其复制寿命无明显变化。结论 Rli1基因很可能参与了酵母氟康唑耐药机制的调控。
Objective To study the role of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Rli1 in fluconzole-resistant . Methods To makeRli1 deficency heterozygote yeast′s by gene recombination ,analyze the strain replicative lifespan and the resistant ability to fluconzole ,an antifungal agent .Results Rli1 deficency strain is resistant to fluconzole ,but the lifespan has no significant difference compared with the wild type strain .Conclusion Rli1 may be involved in the yeast resistant ability to fluconzole .
