以C57BL/6野生鼠及Pr Pc蛋白敲除小鼠为研究对象,采用荧光定量PCR方法研究多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺及其特异性受体的mRNA表达量在脑中的变化规律。结果表明:Pr Pc蛋白缺失小鼠脑中5-HTR-1A,5-HTR-1B,5-HTR-2A,5-HTR-2C,DA显著高于野生鼠;5-HT,DR1,DR2,DR3,DR4显著低于野生鼠。说明Pr Pc蛋白对中枢神经系统有着重要的调节作用。
The purpose of this study was to identify the changing laws of differential expressions of Dopamine( DA),seroton( 5-HT) mRNAs between cerebrum of Pr Pcdeficient mice and C57 BL / 6wild mice by quantitative real-time PCR. Compared with cerebrum of C57 BL / 6 wild mice,5-HTR-1A,5-HTR-1B,5-HTR-2A,5-HTR-2C and DA of cerebrum of Pr Pcdeficient mice were significantly higher,and 5-HT,DR1,DR2,DR3 and DR4 were significantly lower. The results demonstrate that Pr Pcprotein plays an important role in regulating central nervous system.
