Two new taxa and two newly recorded species of the Paraphlomis from Guangxi, China are reported. The two new taxa are P. javanica （Blume） Prain var. pteropoda D. Fang ＆ K. J. Yah and P. javanica （Blume） Prain vat. angustifolia （C. Y. Wu） C. Y. Wu ＆ H. W. Li f. albinervia D. Fang ＆ K. J. Yah. The two newly recorded species are P. h＆pida C. Y. Wu and P. subcoriacea C. Y. Wu ex H. W. Li.
