现场混装炸药车生产的炸药质量很大程度上取决于各物料的配比及敏化器的转速,液压控制系统多采用电液比例阀调节马达转速控制各生产原料的配比,现场复杂环境无法满足比例阀调控负载恒定的前提。通过在AMESim环境中建立电液比例阀调速模型,分析其对负载的响应性能并对控制系统进行改进设计。仿真结果表明:优化后的控制系统能够消除负载波动对转速的影响,为现场乳化混装炸药车液压控制系统设计提供依据。
The quality of the dynamite produced by local mix-load explosive vehicle was vary much depended on the proportion of the materials and speed of the sensitized device. The motor speed in the hydraulic control system was adjusted by using the electro-hy-draulic proportional valve,because of the complex environment,the premises of a constant load during the proportional valve was con-trolled and adjusted could not be met. The control model of electro-hydraulic proportional valve was established in AMESim environ-ment,then analyzed its ability to response performance of the load,and optimized the design of control system. The results of simula-tion show that optimized control system can eliminate the impact of fluctuating load on the speed,and provide basis for the design about hydraulic control system used for local mix-load explosive vehicle.
