为打破西方国家对我国核工业发展的技术封锁,提高整个核工业相关设备的自动化水平与国产率,研制出一种安全可靠且可实现无人值守的全自动化核级数控起重机迫在眉睫。专用吊具作为核心部件之一,其设计水平直接关乎整个起重机系统设计的质量水平。该吊具采用单电机同步驱动三个卡爪的方案,利用三个可伸缩旋转爪的同步伸缩,来实现对废料桶的锁紧与松开。现场试验表明,该结构应用在数控起重机上,完全能够适应现有的废料桶转运苛刻的工况,可轻松实现对固化桶的精确取放,安全可靠,对复杂工况具有很强的适应能力。
To break through the western countries' technology blockade of the development of China's nuclear industry and improve the automatic level and import substitution rate of the equipment of nuclear industry developing a reliable and fully automated unattended numerical control crane is particularly important.
