为了研究煤炭地下气化工艺过程,采用Aspen Plus软件对褐煤地下气化过程进行模拟,选用多种单元操作模块井结合煤炭地下气化动力学方程,该模型能够很好地反映煤炭地下气化炉的完整气化过程,而且模拟结果与褐煤地下气化模型试验的实验结果比较吻合。由于在进行模拟简化时将还原区更理想化,使还原区更集中。对于还原反应不显著的还原区后半段,以煤的热解为主导代替还原反应,所以在加入的煤量略少于实际情况的条件下,模拟的结果却是H2和CO含量略微偏高,而CH4、CO2和N2的含量略微偏低。
In order to study the underground coal gasification process, Aspen Plus with a variety of unit operation module and kinetics equations of underground coal gasification was used to simulate the underground gasification process of lignite. The gasification process in - situ gasifier was described more accurately in the simulation, and the result of the simulation agreed well with model test results. The reduction zone was more concentrated and idealistic in the simplification of simulation. Pyrolysis reaction of coal was selected to replace reduction reaction when the reduction reaction was not dominant in the second haft of reduction zone. According to the simulation resuh, the components of H2 and CO are slightly higher while that of CH4, CO2 and N2 are slightly lower, when the amount of coal is slightly less than actual situation.
