Let H be a subgroup of a finite group G.A group H is called nearly s-normal in G if there exists a normal subgroup K of G such that HK G and H∩K≤HsG ,where HsG is the largest s-normal subgroup of G contained in H.In this paper,the structure of FΦ-hypercentre of finite groups with nearly s-normality is studied.
