以生物反应器培养30d的人参不定根为材料,研究了木聚糖和壳聚糖处理时间及浓度对人参不定根皂苷积累的影响。结果表明:用30mg/L木聚糖和30mg/L壳聚糖分别处理9d和6d时,有利于人参不定根中皂苷的积累。在木聚糖和壳聚糖浓度为60mg/L处理中,人参不定根的皂苷含量和生产量最高,但是,对于人参不定根干重的积累,木聚糖和壳聚糖无明显作用。
Adventitious roots of Panax ginsengafter 30 dof bioreactor culture as experimental materials,the effect of xylan and chitosan with different days or concentrations for ginsenoside accumulation of adventitious root was studied.The results showed that treating with 30mg/L xylan for 9das well as with30mg/L chitosan for 6dwas suitable for ginsenoside accumulation.When treating with 60mg/L xylan and chitosan,ginsenoside content and production were the highest,but no positive effect on dry weight accumulation.
