采用溶胶-凝胶-水热法在一定条件下合成单晶Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3纳米棒.该方法能够很好地控制产物的组分,避免高温晶化过程中Na或Bi离子的挥发.利用XRD、SEM、TEM和紫外/可见吸收光谱等分别对产物的物相、形貌、微结构以及光吸收等性质进行表征.结果表明获得的产物为三方相钙钛矿结构,NBT纳米棒与NBT粗晶材料的紫外吸收光谱相比存在一定蓝移,其光学能隙约为3.38 eV.
Single crystal Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 nanorods were synthesized by a novel method of sol-gel-hydrothermal under certain conditions.The advantages of this method included the controllability of elements composition and non-volatilization for Bi and Na ions.The phase,morphology,microstructure and optical absorption property were characterized by using XRD,SEM,TEM and UV/vis absorption spectrum technologies.The results showed that the as-prepared Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 nanorods were thombohedral perovskite phase,with the energy band of about 3.38 eV.Blue shifts happened with the UV/vis absorption spectrum as comparing the Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 nanorods with macrograin materials.
