目的研究灯盏细辛活性成分的脑神经保护作用。方法采用植物化学分离方法,结合体外大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞存活影响实验,从灯盏细辛中分离化学成分,运用现代波谱方法进行结构鉴定,并测定化合物的脑神经保护活性。结果从灯盏细辛中分离鉴定了6个化合物,鉴定为野黄芩素(Ⅰ)、芹菜素(Ⅱ)、芹菜素-O-7-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸(Ⅲ)、野黄芩苷(Ⅳ)、1,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(Ⅴ)、3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(Ⅵ);化合物Ⅲ~Ⅵ具有促进大脑皮层神经细胞存活的作用。结论灯盏细辛中黄酮类成分和咖啡酰类成分均具有脑神经保护活性。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the neuroprotection components of Erigeron breviscapus.METHODS The compounds of E.breviscapus were extracted and isolated by extensive spectroscopic methods or techniques,and were cultivated rat cerebral cortical neurons cell in vitro and determined the survival rate.RESULTS Six compounds have been got from the effective fraction of Erigeron breviscapus.These chemical structures have been identified,which were 4′-hydroxy baicalein(Ⅰ),apigenin(Ⅱ),apigenin-O-7-β-D-glucuronic acid(Ⅲ),scutellarin(Ⅳ),1,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid(Ⅴ)and 3,4-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid(Ⅵ).CONCLUSION Apigenin-O-7-β-D-glucuronic acid Scutellarin,1,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid and 3,4-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid could promote the survival of nerve cell in vitro.
