多段初级直线感应电动机(linear induction motor,LIM)由于在通电初级绕组外还存在较长的不通电初级铁心,因此这种结构的直线感应电动机的磁场边界条件与传统直线感应电动机不同,静态纵向边端效应对电机性能的影响也存在较大差异。从多段初级LIM的三相互感不平衡现象及规律出发,依据电磁场理论和ANSOFT有限元计算2种方法对电机的不对称机理及影响因素进行分析,并重点考虑了静态纵向边端效应对该类电机的电磁推力、轭部磁场和电机电磁参数带来的影响。针对分段初级LIM样机进行了实验研究,实验结果与理论分析吻合。结论为此类电机的设计与应用提供了理论依据。
Due to the existence of long unexcited primary between the import and export of linear induction motor (LIM) with multi-segment primary, the static longitudinal end effect are different comparing with conventional LIM. Based on the unbalance phenomena and discipline of mutual inductances, the asymmetry mechanism was analyzed by electromagnetic field theory and ANSOFT software. The influence of thrust, yoke field and parameters because of static longitudinal end effect was presented. A prototype machine is designed and experimental results show a good agreement with the theory analysis. It provides a new way for the study of control strategy and its implementation of this kind of machine in future.
