带交流励磁双变流器的双馈电机在电气性能上具有一系列优点,在现代交流电机调速和风力发电等领域具有广泛的应用前景,对其进行电磁干扰分析非常重要。建立了带交流双变流器励磁的双馈电机传导干扰耦合通道模型,给出双馈电机电路及本体高频参数的抽取及计算方法。在此基础上,建立了双馈电机全系统的差模与共模高频模型,对其网侧端口的电磁传导干扰进行计算和分析,研究了系统传导干扰的主导模式和主要传播途径,并设计实验,实验结果验证了理论分析方法的正确性。
A double-fed machine with AC double convertor exciter has a series of merits on the electric performance. It results in the widespread application foreground to the speed adjusting of modern AC machines, wind turbine generation and other fields. Correspondingly, it is especially significant to analyze electromagnetic interference (EMI) of the aforementioned machines. This paper set up the conduction interference coupling path models of the double-fed machines. Simultaneously, the extraction and calculation methods of the high frequency parameters were provided. Based on the above analyses, the system-level high frequency differential-mode (DM)/common-mode (CM) models of the double-fed machine were established. Then, the EMI of the machine was computed and analyzed. The dominant interference modes and the main coupling paths were also studied. Finally, the experiments validated the theoretical analyses.
