目的:研制一种磁共振(MRI)高压注射器使用的超声电动机(USM),该电动机大扭矩、无电磁干扰及可在高磁场中工作。方法:定子、转子的尺寸和结构以输出足够大扭矩为前提,通过分析试验,选择无磁性的摩擦材料和电动机材料,驱动电路的设计采用了滤波和屏蔽等技术,确保成像频段无电磁干扰。结果:安装该USM的MRI高压注射器在临床使用中最高推注造影剂的速率达到5.5 mL/s,测试的最大压力为2.1 MPa,在各种型号1.5 T的磁体附近20 cm内正常工作,不影响MRI图像质量。结论:该电动机是同直径电动机中力矩最大的,具有大扭矩、无电磁干扰及可在高磁场中场工作特点,很好满足了MRI高压注射器的要求,还可推广用于MRI环境中的病床控制、线圈自动调谐等。
Objective To develop an ultrasonic motor for MRI injectors.The special ultrasonic motor can meet all the requirements of MRI injectors,for instance,outputting high torque,with no electromagnetic interference and may work normally in high magnetic intensity environments.Methods The required torque determined the design of the stator and rotor.Teflon of low surface energy was selected as friction material and brass of abrasion resistance as motor material for both of them should be non-magnetic.The filtering and shield techniques were applied to design the motor driver to avoid any noise for MRI.Results The injector equipped with the special motor could deliver contrast medium in a maximum flow rate of 5.5 mL/s with pressure of 2.1 MPa.It worked perfectly near the magnet of 1.5 Tasla and there was no any interference to MRI.Conclusion The special designed ultrasonic motor is of high torque,no electromagnetic interference,and no interference which are required by MRI injectors.It can be used in control of MRI patient table or automatic tuning of MR coil for its unique advantage.
