提出了一种可自动识别肠道出血区域并具有药物释放功能的微系统方案,设计了基于颜色传感器的出血检测模块和可用于粘附肠道血液的特殊吸附性薄片。引入HSL(色相Hue、饱和度Saturation、亮度Light)颜色空间法,根据出血与非出血区域色相日值的差异来实现肠道出血的智能识别,针对微量出血和较大量出血2种情况提出了不同的识别算法。实验结果表明:根据色相H值的变化可将血红蛋白浓度C〉2.375g/L的人体血液样本与无血红蛋白的模拟肠液明显区分开。当满足设定的出血阈值条件时,智能胶囊可成功触发药物释放,整个系统结构设计简单、可靠。
A microsystem that could automatically identify the intestinal tract bleeding region and delivery drugs is proposed here. In the system,the bleeding detection module is designed based on the color sensor,and a fihn with special absorbability is utilized for the blood to adhere to. HSL( Hue, Saturation, Light)color space method is adopted,two different recognition algorithms with respect to slight and comparatively massive hemorrhage are proposed. Test results demonstrate that this system could distinguish the blood samples from the simulative intestinal fluid (SIF)without hemoglobin (Hb), according to change of H value, when the concentration of Hb in blood samples is above 2. 375 g/L. Additionally, this system with simplicity and reliability could successfully trigger the drug release when the values of hue satisfy the established threshold.
