利用MEMS技术和时辰药理学原理设计了一种进行定时药物释放的电子胶囊,用于治疗哮喘,心绞痛等夜间易发作的疾病。该电子胶囊利用以微控制器为中心的定时模块进行精确定时,到达预定时间后,通过驱动机构产生推动力,实现药物释放。实验表明:该定时电子胶囊生物相容性好,药物释放动作可靠,可满足消化道定时药物释放研究的需要。
A time electronic capsule based on MEMS technology and chronopharmacology theory is designed to release drugs at a desired time, which is mainly used to cure disease often occurring during the night, such as asthma,angina pectoris and so on. The center of the electronic capsule is a time module whose main chip is microcontroller. The time module is used to provide accurate time. When the desired time is over, a driving device can produce impetus to drive the drugs out of the capsule. The experiment shows that the time electronic capsule is biology-compatible very well, and the action of drugs delivery is very credible. Also, the proposed time electronic capsule can satisfy the experimental research of drug delivery in the gastrointestinal tract at a desired time.
