连续、稳定的资金来源是利用公共租赁住房有效解决中低收入人群住房问题的前提,适宜的融资模式可以使公共租赁住房拥有良好的资金循环系统,确保资金的持续稳定。文章以综述的方式总结亚洲、欧洲、美洲以及我国的公共租赁住房融资模式,并将国内外融资模式进行比较,以期为我国公共租赁住房融资的发展提供启示,获得解决融资问题的方法。
A consistent and stable source of funds is the prerequisite to effectively solve the housing problem of low-income people by using public rental housing, and an appropriate financing mode can enable the public rental housing to have a good financial circulatory system and ensure the stability and continuity of the fund. This paper summarizes the public rental housing financing models of Asia, Europe, America and China in terms of review and makes a comparison among them so as to provide some inspirations for China' s development of public rental housing financing and seek solution to the problem of financing.
