重点研究了硫酸对偏高岭土中的铝的浸出规律;研究发现,通过控制硫酸浓度和酸浸时间,可以获得不同Si/Al比的铝硅酸盐粉体.实验结果表明,当铝硅酸盐粉体中Si/Al比大于10时,可以通过发泡工艺,使其在150℃左右制成具有一定强度的泡沫材料,有望在吸附、保温和隔音材料领域获得应用.
The aluminosilicate with different ratio of silicon and aluminium was prepared by metakaolin using sulfuric acid to leach the aluminum element. The research result showed the concentration of sulfate and treatment time are closely related to the leaching rate of aluminium. The aluminosilicate powders with different ratio of silicon and aluminium can be obtained by controlling the concentration of sulfate and treatment time. The results showed the aluminosilicate powders with Si/Al= 10 can be frothed in about 150℃ under the suitable processing conditions ,and the foam materials with higher strength would be applied in the domain of absorption,heat preservation and sound insulation.
