以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和水合硝酸铝(ANN)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了无定形Al2O3-2SiO2粉体。通过XRD与FT-IR对其无定形相结构进行了表征,发现其结构与偏高岭土相似。为了考察粉体的碱激发活性,用SiO2/Na2O摩尔比为1.2的硅酸钠溶液对其进行碱激发试验,结果表明合成的无定形Al2O3-2SiO2粉体具有碱激活性,3d抗压强度达到24MPa。
Amorphous Al2O3-2SiO2 powders were synthesized by sol-gel method, with tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and aluminum nitrate ninahydrate (ANN) as the starting material. The microstructure of the powders was investigated by XRD and FT-IR analysis. In order to examine the activity of the powder, alkali-activation tests were performed. The powders react with the sodium silicate solution with SiO2/Na2O mole ratio of 1.2. The results show that the synthetic powders have alkali-activation property, whose compressive strength reaches 24 MPa for 3 d, and its microstructure is similar to that of metakaolin.
