采用固相合成法,充分利用凹凸棒石富水及表面碱性特点,以多巴胺为改性剂对凹凸棒石进行了有机改性,制备了高表面活性的有机凹凸棒石黏土。采用高分辨透射电镜扫描(HRTEM)、元素分析(EA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、同步热分析(TG)以及傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)等表征手段对改性前后的凹凸棒石进行了系统表征,改性前后的凹凸棒石结构没有发生明显变化;多巴胺为自聚合包覆在凹凸棒石表面形成均匀膜层。红外分析及与茚三酮和Fe Cl3溶液的显色反应表明,多巴胺改性凹土表面具有丰富的活性氨基及酚羟基,为进一步修饰改性提供了条件。
In this paper,organic palygorskite with high surface activity were prepared by taking dopamine as a modifier through solid state reaction,which took full advantage of properties of palygorskite,such as having abundant water and surface alkalinity. High resolution transmission electron microscopy( HRTEM),Element analysis( EA),X-ray diffraction( XRD),thermal gravity analysis( TG),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR) were used to characterize the modified palygorskite. No obvious change in structure of palygorskite was observed after modification. Dopamine was found coated at the surface of palygorskite by cross-linking to form polydopamine. The analysis of FT-IR and the chromogenic reaction with ninhydrin and Fe Cl3 indicated that the functional groups of amino and phenolic hydroxyl groups were on the surface of modified palygorskite,which provided reactive sites for further modification.
