口型的变化是人脸动画中的重要组成部分.为了能够简单、形象地研究口型曲线动画,定义了一种新的口型LAP模型,用28个LAP控制口型形状,并用Cardinal曲线进行绘制,得到了很逼真的口型效果.提出将已测定的拼音基本视位的标准LAP值应用到不同嘴唇上的自适应动画方法.首先计算出“单位LAP参数值”;再根据任意指定的嘴唇的宽度、高度和突出度,计算出适合该嘴唇所有视位的每个LAP;最后以任意拼音文本驱动该嘴唇,生成连续动画.在动画实现过程中,采用插值来实现口型与口型之间的连续过渡,同时考虑前一口型对后续口型的影响,以达到连续、光滑的视觉效果.
Lip variation is an important aspect of facial animation. Aiming at studying lip animation easily and visually, we present a new lip LAP model which is controlled by 28 LAP parameters with the mouth shape drawn by Cardinal spline. The 28 LAP parameters can be obtained from every static viseme. We also present a method to apply the LAPs to any arbitrary lip spline, by firstly calculating "the unit of the LAP", then the new LAP of every viseme adapted to the arbitrary lip shapes, and finally driving the lip by Bopomofo text. During the lip variation, interpolation is used to realize the transition and at the same time we take into account the influence from the anterior shape of the lip to the after shape of the lip, to make the animation smooth and continuous.
