为减少样品盒的电磁效应对声表面波单电子输运的影响,需要优化器件的样品盒结构。我们用全波法模拟不同样品盒的声表面波单电子输运器件的频率响应,同时测试该频率响应。模拟结果与测试结果较为一致。二者表明,电磁馈通效应对声表面波单电子输运器件的频率响应影响显著。通过适当改进器件的样品盒可以较有效地抑制电磁馈通效应。这将有助于提高量子化声电电流的精度。
To restrain the influence of electromagnetic effects of package on the single electron transport driven by the surface acoustic wave, the structure of device's package should be optimized. In this paper, the frequency responses of the surface-acoustic-wave driving single-electron-transport devices with different packages are investigated both numerically and experimentally. The measured results agree well with the numerical simulations based on the usual full-wave method. Specifically, by using properly-designed packages we show that the electromagnetic feedthrough, strongly affecting the frequency-response quality of the devices, could be suppressed efficiently. This would be helpful to improve the precision of quantized current driven by the surface acoustic wave.
