海上吊放过程所受到环境影响较为复杂,通过实验手段获取安装母船和吊装物的运动特征难以实现且成本较高,因此现阶段的研究中需要仿真手段对海上吊放系统进行动力学分析。文中基于有限元法,将绳索结构离散成"点-场-段"模型,根据缆索单元的运动控制方程,建立了柔性缆索体的数学模型。在缆索数学模型中加入吊重、海流的影响,实现了海上吊放的数学建模,并进行海上吊放系统的动力学仿真实验,实验数据为海上吊装提供了重要的参考。

Offshore lifting process is affected by complex environments. Therefore,it is difficult to obtain the motion characteristics of a mother ship and lifting objects by sea experiments,whose costs are high. In the current research,a simulation method is needed for the system dynamics analysis of maritime sling. In this paper,based on the finite element method,the sling structure was discretized into a " point-space-section" model,and according to the motion control equation of elements of cable,the mathematical model of flexible cable body was established.The influence of hoisting weight,wind and flow was added to the cable mathematical model to achieve mathematical modeling,and the dynamic simulation experiment of offshore lifting was carried out. The experimental data is a reliable guarantee for offshore lifting.
