在直流恒压下,在不同的酸性溶液中对铝片实施两步阳极氧化制备多孔氧化铝膜,在磷酸溶液中制得的模板孔径大,并且电解时间缩短,加快了制备模板的过程。同时利用阳极氧化初期电流密度的变化,分析了多孔氧化铝膜的形成机理。
Under constant voltage ,porous anodic alumina film was prepared on aluminum by one and two-step electrochemical anodizing process in different acid solution. Alumina templates with largesize pores were fabricated in phosphoric. This effective method can shorten electrolysis time and quicken the process of the template preparation. At the same time, we have studied formational mechanism of pore alumina films in the initial stage of anodizing by measuring current density.
