采用固相研磨法制备了LaCoO3掺杂的TiO2纳米粉体(x=0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%,1.5%).通过XRD,SEM等手段对所合成粉体的晶型、大小和形貌进行了表征.并以罗丹明B为目标污染物,考察了上述样品的光催化活性.结果表明:(1)所合成的粉体为锐钛矿型TiO2,球型,粒径均匀,大约为50nm,掺杂并没有改变粒子的晶型;(2)掺杂LaCoO3后,使TiO2的光催化活性显著提高,当掺杂比例为1.2%时,光催化活性最高.
LaCoO3-doped TiO2 nanoparticles (x = 0. 3%, 0. 6%, 0. 9%, 1.2%, 1. 5 % ) are synthesized by solid state grinding method. The structure, size and appearance of the synthesized nanoparticles are characterized by XRD, SEM. The photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B is used as model reaction to evaluate the activity of LaCoO3-fdoped TiO2 samples. It has been found that (1) the samples are anatase structure with spherical appearance, about 50 nm in diameter, and LaCoO3 doping have little influence on the structure of TiO2; (2) the dope of LaCoO3 can notely improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 ,and when the doping content is 1.2% , the effect is the best.
