采用二次阳极氧化法,制得具有一定厚度有序性较高的阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板,并结合溶液的双扩散法制备AgCl纳米线,利用XRD、SEM和TEM等分析手段对模板和纳米线进行了表征,结果表明,用该方法制备的AgCl纳米线阵列分布均匀,取向性好,直径与AAO模板的孔径一致。通过纳米线阵列膜对罗丹明B的降解情况对其光催化活性进行了测试,结果表明,AgCl纳米线具有良好的光催化性能。
Highly ordered AAO templates were obtained in 4wt% oxalic by a two-step anodization process. Using the method of double diffusion, AgCl nanowires were synthesized. The products have been characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results of the as-prapared AgC1 nanowires are monodisperse and highly ordered, closely corresponding to the pore size of AAO templates. The photocatalytical activity of AgCl nanowires array film measured by the degradation of rhodamine B, the results show AgCl nanowires have good photocatalytiacal property.
