针对多目标应急物资配送中车辆路径优化问题,提出了基于改进智能水滴算法的多目标应急物资路径优化方案。主要包括以下四个阶段:a)构建基于Holling-Ⅱ函数的疾病扩散模型;b)各疫区对药品的需求预测;c)构建多目标应急物流配送模型;d)改进的智能水滴算法求解多目标应急物资优化问题。研究结果表明,所建立的模型与算法有效可行,可为应急管理相关问题提供决策参考。
For the multi-objective vehicle routing problem in emergency logistics distribution, this paper proposed an improved intelligent water drops algorithm for multi-objective routing programming scheduling of emergency materials. The main contents consist of four steps: a) constructed the disease spreading model in multiple areas based on Holling- Ⅱ function, b) data fusion to forecast the relief demand in multiple areas, c) built the multi-objective mathematical model with the minimum emergency logistics distribution time and cost, d)designed an.improved intelligent water drops algorithm for multi-objective emergency materials distribution path optimization. The results show that the established model and algorithm are effective and feasible, which can provide references for decision makers of emergency logistics management.
