针对物流服务供应商直接影响到服务质量、服务方式、服务成本以及服务效率等，提出了一种新的物流服务供应商选择方法：熵值一灰色关联度组合评价法。利用极大熵理论和单一评价值之间总熵值最小思想进行组合赋权，以此为基础计算各个物流服务供应商的组合评价值并进行排序；设计并采用评价值灰色关联度对评价方法的效果进行衡量；结合具体实例，说明该组合评价方法在物流服务供应商选择中的应用过程，评价值灰色关联度证明熵值组合评价方法不仅优于单一评价方法，也优于目前普遍使用的平均值组合评价方法。新组合评价方法具有良好的组合评价效果和有效性。

英文摘要：

Based on the fact that the logistics service provider directly affects the quality, way, costs and efficiency of service. This paper proposes a new method for the logistics service provider selection ： entropy - grey relevancy combinational evaluation method. By means of the theory of maxmine entropy and minimize entropies among every evaluation value, the method firstly assign the weights combinationally, then calculate and sequence the combinational evaluation value of every logistics service provider.Moreover, the method designs and accept grey relevancy of evaluation value to eveluate its effect. At last, the author uses a specific instance to prove that this method not only can be applied in the process of selecting the logistics provider , but also is superior to both the single eveluation method and the widely used average combinational eveluation method. Conclusively, this new combinational method possesses a good combinational eveluation effect and great effectiveness.
