运用响应面法这一尚未在物流领域应用的方法对含越库配送系统的供应链实物流进行了研究,目标是实现越库配送中心越库货物存储时间的最小化。通过仿真实验发现,所建模型中因素A与因素C为影响越库存储时间的关键因素;此外,根据响应面方程求得的最优解能大幅度缩短货物存储时间。与其他算法相比,响应面法能将系统的随机因素或随机误差考虑其中,不必列出众多的约束条件,更加直观地对物流系统进行分析。
Studies on the cross docking system in supplier chain based on response surface methodology which didn' t be used logistics before. The objective was to minimize the operating time of the CD. The most significant factors of this model were A and C which should be controlled rigidly. In addition, the optimal solution from RSM equation could curtail the operating time of CD considerably. Compared with other algorithms, random factors and errors were considered and no need to list all the restrictions of the model. The optimal solution can be determined simply based on the RSM equation from simulation experiment results which can be analyzed more straightforwardly.
