γδT cells have been a research hotspot in cell therapy nowadays. The activated γδT cells with strong cy- totoxic activity have anti - infection and anti - tumor effects.γδTcells can also maintain immune tolerance and regu- late immune response. Its abnormalities can lead to autoimmune diseases. In this paper, γδT cells in the role of these areas are reviewed.
