以紫铜/铬青铜摩擦副为研究对象,在改装的试验机上进行了载流性能研究。结果表明:载荷和加载电流是影响摩擦副载流效率的重要因素;在载流条件下,摩擦副载流效率随加载电流和载荷的增大而增大。
Taking T2/QCr0.5 rubbing pairs as an object of study,the current-carrying capability of T2/QCr0.5 rubbing pairs was examined on refitted pin-on-disc friction and wear tester.The results show the load and the electrical current are the important effect factors on current-carrying efficiency.Under the condition of current-carrying,the current-carrying efficiency increases with the increase of current-carrying and load.
