利用MMS-1G销盘式高温高速摩擦磨损试验机,研究了PCrMo钢与H96配副时的干滑动摩擦磨损特性。并用扫描电镜分析了磨损表面。结果表明:摩擦系数随温度升高和速度增加而减小;磨损率随温度升高和速度增加而增加。在速度较小时,常温和500℃时都表现为粘着磨损;速度为70m/s条件下,常温时为剥落磨损,而500℃时为热磨损。
The dry sliding friction and wear characteristics and wear mechanism of PCrMo against 96 copper couples were investigated using MMS-1G pin-disk high temperature & high speed friction and wear tester, and the wear surface was analyzed by SEM. The results indicate that the fiictional coefficient of PCrMo decreases with the increase of sliding speed and environmental temperature; the wear rates of PCrMo increase with the increase of environmental temperature and sliding speed. At lower speed, it shows cohesive wear at normal temperature and 500℃ At 70 m/s speed, it shows spalling wear at normal temperature, while thermal wear at 500℃.
