以某自行火炮底座传动箱摩擦副所用材料45CrNi为研究对象,考察了该材料在不同热处理状态下(530℃回火、380℃回火、830℃淬火及原始状态)组成摩擦副时的干滑动摩擦磨损特性。试验结果表明:530℃回火盘和摩始销组成摩擦配副时结合最好,具有较好的摩擦磨损性能,销试样磨损率最小;在较低速度下载荷是影响材料摩擦因数的主要因素,而速度对摩擦因数的影响较小;粘着磨损是材料配副磨损的主要形式。
By studying 45CrNi material which used in wheel boxes of some self-propelled gun,the friction and wear character of the material in differ heat treatment conditions(530 ℃ temper,380 ℃ temper,830 ℃ quencher and aboriginality) which formed different disc-pin under dry sliding was examined. Result indictes that the pair is the best which constituted of the disc treated under 530 ℃ tempering and the pin untreated,it has better tribology performance and the wear rate of the pin is the least ; the load is the main factor which influences the friction of the material at lower velocity whereas the velocity' s effect is less ;the mostly wear form is adhesive wear.
