制备了一种“混合型”结构的有机电致发光器件,膜层结构为ITO/MEH-PPV/AND:TBPE/Alq3(30nm)/LiF(0.5nm)/Al(200nm),研究了MEH-PPV的质量以及TBPE的掺杂对器件性能的影响。当MEH-PPV的质量约为0.09mg,TBPE的掺杂浓度为4.5%时,获得了亮度均匀的白光器件。研究中发现器件的电致发光光谱中存在黄光成分,并对此现象进行了讨论。
This paper attempted one kind of mixed structure, namely ITO/MEH-PPV/AND: TBPE/Alq3(30 nm)/LiF(0.5 nm)/Al(200 nm), and discovered the quality of MEH-PPV and TBPE doping can influence component's performance. When the MEH-PPV is 0.09 mg, TBPE doping density is 4.5%, brightness-even white OLED was obtained. Moreover, there is the yellow light in the electroluminescence spectrum, this phenomenon was made certain explanation.
