在我国师范院校毕业生供大于求的现实情况下,实施师范生免费教育,既无实践基础,又不能有效吸引优秀考生,还会造成资源浪费。所以,师范生免费教育并不能有效解决师资问题。解决我国中小学师资问题,可以有两条途径予以选择。一是变免费为高薪,将用于师范生免费教育的资金转移到在职教师的工资上,提高教师工资待遇,用高薪吸引优秀人才从事教师职业;二是变一贯制为分段制,建立4+2分段式教师教育机制,普通大学4年本科毕业生,接受2年的教师专业教育,取得教育学士学位或硕士学位和教师资格证书,从事教育工作。
In China's current realistic situation that graduates from normal colleges are oversupplied, neither does the implementation of free education for normal college students have basis of practice, nor can it effectively attract excellent candidates, what's worse, it can bring about the waste of resources. Therefore, free education for normal college students can't satisfactorily solve the problem of the shortage of competent teachers. At the present stage, we can have two choices to solve this problem. One is to change free--education funds for the students into high salaries for in--service teachers to attract better talents to the teaching profession. The other is to change the consistent system into the sub--system to establish 4+2 sub--type system of teachers' educa- tion in which graduates accept the two-- year professional education of teachers after 4-- year education in college to obtain a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in education and teacher certification. Then, they are permitted to engage in the education work.
